楔形流量计
YK-LX型楔形流量计是一种差压式流量仪表,它是利用在密闭管道中能量相互转换的伯努利定律,即:在稳定流体场合中,管道中的流速与差压的平方根成正比。
YK-LX型楔形流量计是一种差压式流量仪表,它是利用在密闭管道中能量相互转换的伯努利定律,即:在稳定流体场合中,管道中的流速与差压的平方根成正比。楔形流量计是八十年代开始开始逐步走向实用的一种新型流量计,其检测件是一个V字形楔块(又称楔形节流件),它的圆滑顶角朝下,这样有利于含悬浮颗粒的液体或粘稠液体顺利通过,不会在节流件上游侧产生滞流。流体通过楔形流量计时,由于楔块的节流作用,在其上、下游侧产生了一个与流量值成平方关系的差压,将此差压从楔块两侧取压口引出送至差压变送器转变为电信号输出,再经专用智能流量积算仪运算后,即可显示流量值。
